Hello Esther:
We can make YardPods any size, 10x18 is not a problem. We normally build to 120 sq ft or smaller because most local authorities allow "Detached Utility Structures" up to that size without permits.
I have contacted you by email to follow up but have not yet heard back from you
thanks

Hello,
we are interested in 10x18, I saw your 10x12, so I am thinking that we can buy 1 1/2 of 10x12 kits, right? also, does your company provide a blue print as well? I have checked with the city of San Mateo and they confirmed, that they will accept the blue print from the company that we are buying the accesary structure kits from.
Please advise.

thanks, Esther

Hello,
I'm interested in the 10 by 12 pod. I live in San Diego County and I understand that if the Pod is 10 by 12 in dimension measured by the roof, I won't need a permit. Is that pod's roof 10 by 12?

Thanks!
